Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping: Most of our products ship from our West Coast warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. Some products may occasionally ship from our East Coast warehouse in Richmond, VA. Cases ship within 1-2 business days from order date. Currently, most orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time will ship same day. We do not ship on the weekends. In the contiguous United States (Lower 48), cases usually ship via FedEx Ground. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail and there will be an additional charge.

Most foam sets and replacement handle & latch kits ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If you have an expedited shipping request that is not reflected in our expedited shipping options during checkout, please feel free to contact us at support@colorcase.com. With rare exception, all items currently listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship.

Returns: You may return new, unused* items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We encourage U.S. domestic customers to consider purchasing our affordable Free Returns + Package Protection from Redo option during checkout. Non-protected returns will be subject to return shipping fees plus a 5% restocking fee.

*Please note that we inspect each return item and refunds on items that have even minor damage or signs of use (dirt, scratches, dings etc.) that would exclude them from being resold as new, will be subject to deductions proportional to the damage incurred. Please take care when handling items and proper precautions when testing cases.

Return & Exchange Coverages: Should you decide to purchase our Free Returns + Package Protection during checkout, this entitles you to free returns and exchanges and shipping protection against damaged, lost, or stolen** packages.

**Please note that all stolen package claims are manually reviewed and subject to higher scrutiny. Stolen package claims must be filed within 24 hours of proof of delivery. Provided that we have one or more of the following forms of proof of delivery from our third party carriers, including but not limited to, GPS coordinates of the delivery scan, photo of the delivery, or delivery signature, you will be contacted by a customer service representative to review your claim and gather additional information. Over the years we have garnered a very positive reputation of going out of our way to help our customers, however we take fraud seriously and will vigilantly combat attempted fraud.
