    Warranty Information


    1. Limited Lifetime Case Warranty – Pelican™ Cases

    ColorCase™ sells Pelican™ cases, which are covered by the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty. Pelican™ cases are designed with field-replaceable parts, allowing users to replace handles, latches, wheels, trolleys, and other components without voiding the lifetime warranty.

    All ColorCase™ replacement parts are genuine Pelican™ products. When installed correctly, these parts do not void the manufacturer’s warranty.

    Important: ColorCase™ is not responsible for defects in Pelican™ cases themselves; any claims related to the case must be filed with Pelican. For complete details on Pelican’s lifetime warranty, including limitations and claim procedures, please visit: Pelican™ Warranty

    Note: Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.


    2. ColorCase™ Replacement Parts Warranty – 1 Year Limited Warranty

    ColorCase™ replacement parts—including handles, latches, Pelican™ wheels, EZ-Click™ molle lid panels, trolley assemblies, and TrekPak™ case accessories—are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

    Warranty Conditions:

    • Must be installed according to the provided instructions.
    • Misuse, abuse, or modification outside recommended procedures voids the warranty.
    • Warranty applies only to purchases made directly from ColorCase™ and is non-transferable.
    • Warranty covers defects only, not normal wear and tear.


    3. ColorCase™ Inserts and Accessories Warranty – 1 Year Limited Warranty

    All ColorCase™ branded inserts and accessories—including padded microfiber dividers, lid organizers, and Landing Gear wheels—are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

    Exclusions:

    • Foam or tool foam inserts are not covered.

    Warranty Conditions:

    • Must be installed according to instructions.
    • Misuse, abuse, or modification voids the warranty.
    • Applies only to original purchasers from ColorCase™ and is non-transferable.


    4. Limitations on Warranty and Liability

    To the extent permitted by law:

    • This warranty applies only to the item purchased, not its contents.
    • ColorCase™ liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective item.
    • This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
    • ColorCase™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, regardless of the legal theory.
    • ColorCase™ may repair or replace any defective product at our sole discretion. If the original product is unavailable, a comparable product may be provided.

    Legal Exceptions: Some States or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply.

    Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.


    5. Warranty Claim Procedure

    To make a claim:

    1. Contact ColorCase™ Customer Service by email at support@colorcase.com or phone at 1-702-706-3016.
    2. Provide proof of purchase.
    3. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any product.
    4. Note that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
    5. If a returned product is found not defective under this warranty, the purchaser will be charged for handling, return shipping, and repair costs.

    Claims are void if the product has been:

    • Altered or modified,
    • Damaged through misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident, or
    • Subjected to improper installation.
